In the manufacturing industry of China, industrial robot application development speed has ranked first
in the world, in 2010, China’s manufacturing industry industrial robot density of only 15 units per 10,000 people, ten years later it reached 246 units, turned over a whole 16.4 times.

AN12 and AN25 are also uniquely optimized for practical application scenarios. For example,AN12 series is known as “fast all-around”, which is the masterpiece of AUCTECH Robotics, the body adopts all-cast aluminum components, which reduces the weight of products of the same level by 30% ; the motors and cables are built-in, which makes the structure more compact, and reduces the size of products of the same level by 47% ; the installation methods of front-loading, side-loading, and inverted mounting are freely selectable, so that it can be flexibly deployed in the narrow space; at the same time, the range of single-axis rotation is larger, and the blind spot is smaller, so that it completely covers the mainstream scenarios of the applicationof small-loaded robots.

AN25 series is more inclined to meet the diversified application requirements of different scenarios, for this reason, the load capacity of AN25 series robots has been increased by 25% on average compared with the previous generation; through the optimization of trajectory planning algorithms,higher working frequency are achieved and the motion characteristics of high inertia loads are supported, which is more suitable for large inertia and large size loads as well as high working frequencyoperation scenarios; at the same time, AN25 series has a longer arm span in the same class, covering 1617mm-2110mm, which can easily cope with a wider range of operational requirements.
